Over the years, Maluhia Yoga has evolved into a hub for yoga, wellness, and community. We have expanded our offerings to include workshops, events, and trainings, and have cultivated a team of talented and passionate teachers.
One on One Happiness Coaching
There are steps we can take together to compel action from within through focus and redirection of the mind by guiding intentional interruption to what we call “blockages” by replacing them with new “authentically you” experiences.
